OpenText Media Management lauded in new Forrester Wave™ report

TerraLink partner OpenText is celebrating prestigious industry recognition after being awarded the title of ‘Leader’ in the new Forrester Wave report Digital Asset Management for Customer Experience, Q4 2019.

Forrester’s analysis considered 28 different evaluation points across digital asset management (DAM) providers, with OpenText named as one of just three industry leaders – the highest rank available to the 14 assessed companies.

OpenText Media Management scored the maximum possible points for its library services, video and emerging content support, product vision, market approach, product revenue and average deal size.

The report said: “OpenText’s strengths are in core library services and video capabilities, which are both best in class. It also offers strong marketing support in areas like portal creation and management capabilities… OpenText is a good fit for large, global enterprises that are looking for strong core DAM capabilities in addition to superior video support.”

TerraLink fully agrees with Forrester’s findings, having seen time and time again just how effective OpenText Media Management is at solving a range of complex media management challenges.

TerraLink’s OpenText manager Brian Lee said: “Forrester naming OpenText Media Management as a top software solution isn’t surprising to anyone who’s seen it in action.”

“At TerraLink, we enable organizations to utilize DAM to streamline content creation, control distribution of their assets, and enjoy increased efficiencies by locating files through captured metadata searches. All of this happens with the digital files securely stored in a central repository.”

CMOs with vastly different problems consistently report positive feedback from their OpenText Media Management experience, which has been designed to smoothly handle complicated processes found in multi-brand companies.
