Mirapolis, a leading HR technology vendor, offers three deployment options for its flagship platform: Mirapolis Talents, Mirapolis HCM, and a hybrid approach. Each option differs in terms of implementation time, functionality, flexibility, and cost. Below we explain the differences to help you choose the model that best fits your business.
Mirapolis Talents is a ready-to-use, out-of-the-box solution designed to be deployed with minimal effort. It can typically be implemented and launched within 3–4 weeks.
Along with the standard functionality, customers can apply corporate branding and make limited configuration changes within the framework of the standard solution.

At present, Mirapolis Talents is implemented exclusively by the vendor's own team. Since the configuration remains standardized, software updates are straightforward and can be installed without additional customization efforts.
Fast implementation
Lower cost
Simple upgrades and maintenance
Standard functionality cannot be modified
Not all HR processes are currently covered by the out-of-the-box solution
Organizations that:
do not yet have mature HR processes, or
have business processes that closely match the standard Mirapolis Talents workflow.
The total cost consists only of software licenses.
Mirapolis HCM is the platform's full-featured enterprise edition.
To better understand how it differs from the standard version, it helps to look at its design philosophy.
From the beginning, Mirapolis was built using an approach similar to SAP products: virtually all business logic is configured through administrative settings rather than hard-coded functionality. As a result, Mirapolis HCM is not a fixed product but a configurable platform that enables organizations to build HR processes tailored to their specific requirements.
A useful analogy is this:
Mirapolis Talents is a finished production car ready to drive.
Mirapolis HCM is the automobile factory itself, capable of producing any model required by the customer.
Because of this flexibility, implementation follows a very different methodology.
Before configuring the system, consultants analyze the customer's existing HR processes, validate requirements, design the future solution, configure the platform, conduct testing, and finally deploy it into production.
Projects typically take 4 to 12 months, with particularly complex implementations requiring additional time.
In many cases, customers also require custom development, where unique functionality is built specifically for their business needs.
As expected, upgrading a highly customized implementation is more complex than updating Mirapolis Talents. The effort depends entirely on the depth of customization.

Mirapolis HCM projects are generally delivered by certified implementation partners and system integrators, as Mirapolis now operates through a partner ecosystem.
Fully tailored to the customer's business processes
Access to the complete platform functionality
High flexibility and scalability
Full-scale implementation project
Timeline and effort depend on project complexity and customization level
Medium and large organizations with mature HR processes that require extensive customization and cannot rely on standard software alone.
The overall investment includes both:
software licensing, and
consulting and implementation services.
What if the standard solution already covers 80–90% of your requirements, but you need several additional features or functionality that is not yet available in Mirapolis Talents?
In this case, Mirapolis offers a hybrid deployment model consisting of two stages:
Deploy Mirapolis Talents.
Upgrade licenses to Mirapolis HCM, followed by platform configuration and customization.
Stage 1 is delivered by the vendor's implementation team.
Stage 2 is completed by an implementation partner or system integrator.
Rapid access to a working HR platform
Opportunity to operate the solution before deciding on additional customization
Ability to add new modules over time
No need to pay for configuring functionality already included in Mirapolis Talents
Mirapolis HCM licenses are priced higher than the standard Talents edition, but they provide access to the platform's full functionality.
