TerraLink announces it is ceasing operations in Russia. TerraLink’s Russian operations are being divested to TerraLink’s former Russian management team and will operate under separate ownership and management. The new owners and management of TerraLink’s former Russian operations have the right to continue to use the TerraLink name but otherwise there is no connection between TerraLink Russia and the global TerraLink group of companies. The process was started in April and will be completed shortly, at which time all operations of the TerraLink Global group of companies will be fully legally and operationally independent from any operations in Russia and will have fully exited the Russian market.
