Executive Summary
The project was launched to replace the existing Temenos (T24) core banking platform and establish a unified operational landscape based on SAP S/4HANA.
The integration scope covered 5 core systems and more than 15 additional information systems, enabling end-to-end business processes within a unified architecture.
All critical business processes and scenarios underwent multiple testing cycles, including regression testing and repeated validation following requirement changes, confirming the solution’s stability and enterprise-grade readiness.
Customer Business Outcomes
The project successfully reached the pilot production phase and confirmed achievement of target KPIs. The solution is fully prepared for production rollout, scaling, and replication across the organization.
